Chia Pudding

Chia Pudding

A make-ahead chia pudding made with almond milk, offering fiber, omega-3s, and a naturally sweet flavor.

Ingredients:

    • 2 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • Stevia or honey to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a jar or bowl, mix 2 tbsp chia seeds with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir again and add sweetener to taste (honey or stevia).
  4. Top with your choice of fruit (berries, mango, etc.).
