Ingredients:

    • 4 egg whites
    • 1 cup spinach, chopped
    • 2 tbsp feta cheese
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions:

    2. Add 1 cup chopped spinach and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
    3. In a bowl, whisk 4 egg whites, then pour into the skillet.
