Ingredients:

    • 1/2 block firm tofu, crumbled
    • 1/4 cup bell peppers, chopped
    • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
    • 1 tsp turmeric
    • 1 tsp olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add 1/4 cup bell peppers and onions, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until soft.
  3. Crumble 1/2 block firm tofu into the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Season with 1 tsp turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  5. Stir until well combined and serve.
