Oats and Chia Seed Porridge

Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup rolled oats
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1/2 cup almond milk
    • 1/2 apple, chopped
    • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, bring 1/2 cup rolled oats and 1/2 cup almond milk to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in 1 tbsp chia seeds and 1/2 chopped apple.
  4. Season with cinnamon and sweeten with honey if desired.
