Oatmeal with Flaxseeds and Berries

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1/4 cup mixed berries
- 1 cup water or almond milk
- Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, bring 1 cup water or almond milk to a boil.
- Stir in 1/2 cup rolled oats and reduce the heat to low.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are soft.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds and cinnamon.
- Top with 1/4 cup mixed berries and serve.
