Greek yogurt pancakes are protein-rich, making them a great choice for breakfast when trying to lose weight. They’re creamy and fluffy, without the added sugars of traditional pancakes.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (dairy-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Calories: Approx. 180 kcal (2 pancakes)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt, oat flour, baking powder, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and cook pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side.
