Chicken with vegetables

Ingredients;
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 garlic 4 oz
- chicken breast
- 2 medium carrots
- 2 tbsp water
- 3 oz broccoli
- 1 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Sauté the Garlic:
- Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Cook the Chicken and Vegetables:
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned and mostly cooked through.
- Add the sliced carrots and broccoli to the skillet, followed by 2 tbsp of water.

- Make the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix the reduced sodium soy sauce with 1 tsp of honey.
- Add the Sauce:
