Chia Pudding

A make-ahead chia pudding made with almond milk, offering fiber, omega-3s, and a naturally sweet flavor.

Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Stevia or honey to taste
Instructions:
- In a jar or bowl, mix 2 tbsp chia seeds with 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
- Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir again and add sweetener to taste (honey or stevia).
- Top with your choice of fruit (berries, mango, etc.).
