Banana Oat Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Blend the banana, oats, almond milk, vanilla, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or cooking spray.
