Ingredients

  • 1ooml water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful kale or spinach

Instructions:

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Start by putting chia seeds in a glass of water,stir and wait for them to expand,peeling the banana, kiwi, and removing the skin from the pineapple (if using fresh pineapple). Measure out your kale, chia seeds, and  water.
  2. Add Ingredients to Blender: In a high-speed blender, add the banana, pineapple chunks, peeled kiwi, kale, chia seeds mix. If you like your smoothies extra cold, add ice.
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high for about 1–2 minutes or until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency. If it’s too thick, you can add a bit more  water to loosen it up.
  4. Serve and Enjoy: Pour your smoothie into a glass, and enjoy immediately! For an extra touch, garnish with a few extra chia seeds or a small slice of kiwi.
