Chicken thighs mashed potatoes and asparagus

Chicken Thighs with Cream Sauce:

  • Chicken thighs (1 medium, 4 oz)
  • Cooking cream (2 tbsp)
  • Chicken stock (1/4 cup)
  • Onions (1/4 medium)
  • Garlic (1 clove)
  • Paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme:
  • Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
  • chicken stock

Mashed Potatoes:

  • Potatoes (1 medium)
  • Butter (1 tbsp)
  • Milk (1/4 cup)
  • Garlic (1 clove)

Asparagus:

  • Asparagus (1/2 cup):
  • Butter (1 tsp):
  • Garlic powder (1/4 tsp):

 Calories610 calories per serving.

Preparation : 45 minutes

 

Instructions

  • Season the chicken with salt ,pepper,paprika and garlic powder
  • In hot pan sear the chicken,skin side down,set aside
  • Cook onions and garlic on the same pan the add paprika,pepper and thyme.
  • Add cooking cream and chicken stock
  • Put chicken back, cover and simmer on low for 2o mins
  • Once done,add lemon juice

Mashed potatoes

  • Boil potatoes,add garlic add salt to taste
  • Mash add milk and butter mash again
  • Set aside

Asparagus or any other veggies you have

  • Pre-boil asparagus
  • Add butter and some garlic powder
