Ingredients:

    • 1 zucchini, spiralized
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • Salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste

Instructions:

    1. Spiralize 1 zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer or vegetable peeler.
    2. Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the zucchini noodles. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
