- 1/2 block firm tofu, crumbled
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add 1/4 cup bell peppers and onions, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until soft.
- Crumble 1/2 block firm tofu into the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Season with 1 tsp turmeric, salt, and pepper.
