Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

These pumpkin spice pancakes are a nutritious fall-inspired breakfast, full of fiber and vitamin A from the pumpkin. They’re rich in flavor but low in calories, making them an ideal weight loss option.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup canned pumpkin (pure)
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Calories: Approx. 170 kcal (2 pancakes)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the pumpkin, almond flour, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and almond milk until smooth.
  2. Cook the batter in a non-stick pan for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.
