Chicken thighs mashed potatoes and asparagus

Chicken Thighs with Cream Sauce:
- Chicken thighs (1 medium, 4 oz)
- Cooking cream (2 tbsp)
- Chicken stock (1/4 cup)
- Onions (1/4 medium)
- Garlic (1 clove)
- Paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme:
- Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
- chicken stock
Mashed Potatoes:
- Potatoes (1 medium)
- Butter (1 tbsp)
- Milk (1/4 cup)
- Garlic (1 clove)
Asparagus:
- Asparagus (1/2 cup):
- Butter (1 tsp):
- Garlic powder (1/4 tsp):
Calories: 610 calories per serving.
Preparation : 45 minutes
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt ,pepper,paprika and garlic powder
- In hot pan sear the chicken,skin side down,set aside
- Cook onions and garlic on the same pan the add paprika,pepper and thyme.
- Add cooking cream and chicken stock
- Put chicken back, cover and simmer on low for 2o mins
- Once done,add lemon juice
Mashed potatoes
- Boil potatoes,add garlic add salt to taste
- Mash add milk and butter mash again
- Set aside
Asparagus or any other veggies you have
- Pre-boil asparagus
- Add butter and some garlic powder
