Banana Oat Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Instructions:
- Blend the banana, oats, almond milk, vanilla, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or cooking spray.
