Avocado & Tomato Toast
- Ingredients:
- 1 slice whole grain bread (or gluten-free bread)
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 small tomato, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil (optional)

Preparation:
