I started my journey in 2022 when I was desperate to lose mummy fat and belly fat. I came across Wanyo Mori on TikTok, and her transformation inspired me. Since I love dancing, I knew I would rock the aerobics exercises.

I started by doing 5 minutes because the exercises were not as easy as they looked. With time, I started seeing results and was able to do them for longer periods. I was so motivated that I decided to start a YouTube channel where I could document my journey to keep myself accountable.

I started attracting people who loved what I was doing, and now we are a big community on YouTube. Now, I am a certified personal trainer capable of helping anyone achieve their fitness goals. It’s possible to achieve anything you put your mind to. Let’s keep going. Together, we can do it.
